Calculate your Life Expectancy
I was reading the papers today and stumbled on this news article about how daily flossing and other activities may have an impact on your life expectancy. (Flossing reduces mouth/gum diseases which have a direct relation with heart disease.)
There were also a few links for you to try out.
I tried the Living to 100 Life Expectancy Calculator and found that I could live up to 82! All you have to do is answer the questions posed and the calculator will estimate this for you.
There is also the Original Dealth Calculator which I didn’t try out as all the maths and a nice leisure Sunday morning just do not match.
Why go through all this? So to let you plan your finances properly. If you have 2 more years to live, then let’s splurge! If however, you have 40 years more to go, then you better sit down and think hard about life after your retirement.
Also, a great tool to force you to slow down and rethink about your current lifestyle. If you have many goals in life unfulfilled, perhaps it’s time to change our lifestyle?
