New Contact Form
Everyone knows spammers are the bane of the Internet. They are everywhere, obnoxious and just wouldn’t go away.
One of the things I regretted doing my website the old way is that, I included my email address at the bottom of every page. Now that I have so many pages, removing them isn’t trivial and, my site is a playing field for spammers!
Yup, I’m badly spammed. Every day, at least 50 emails I receive are spams.
Even after I remove all my email links on every page, I need to be careful of my contact form as well. Previously, a simple perl script contact form will do, and I used that for a while.
But in these days of techno-savvy spammers, even that wouldn’t do.
So how should site visitors contact you?
Fortunately, we now have My Contact Station!
Using Javascript and requiring the visitor to do a simple text verification, website owners now can say goodbye to spam!
Check out on my site. The “Contact Us” link at the top. Try it for a live demo.
Visitors have an option of filling in their email address, or just dropping an anonymous feedback, for those really shy folks.
At $7, this script is a steal!
