We Have Stopped Carrying the Jordan Line

We have stopped distributing the Jordan line. No thanks to our supplier Mark Audio.

Other than the fact that these are very nice drivers, the main reason for taking up the Jordan line is that, as fans of full range drivers, we are all indebted to Mr Ted Jordan for his contribution in this field. No doubt to us that Mr Jordan is the Father of Full Range Drivers.

Mark Audio however, seems to have no qualms in smearing such a fine reputation in this field.

What happened was that there was a pair of faulty JXr 6HD drivers that was supplied to us. We requested for a replacement or refund in which Mark Audio duly agreed but after sending the drivers to them, THEY TOTALLY IGNORED US. Zero email replies. Nada. Zilch.

Nope, they had no intention of honouring their end of the deal at all. And sounds like they don’t want to sell us or deal with us any more either.

As such, we have to drop this line.

If you were me, would you continue dealing with such folks?

More pertinently, would you deal with them at all?

Perhaps Mark Audio thought that I will just keep quiet and they can continue to ignore me and… business as usual.
