Geez, I work so Hard to get an email into your Inbox…

On May 20, I sent out this newsletter to my err, newsletter subscribers.

Some “bright” folks don’t treat email marketing seriously and send out conspicuous emails to their customer list, like every other day.

Well, it’s alright if you have all the powerful high value information for them but even then, it’s wise to give them time to digest all the info.

On the other hand, over a one year period, I have only sent out 4 (FOUR!) newsletter emails. Because if it doesn’t bring much value, then no point sending them.

Visit the links below and see for yourself how much work I have to do just to justify sending an email into your Inbox!

If you haven’t subscribed yet, go to the e-store, create an account and opt to subscribe the newsletter.

Oh yeah, did I mention these tweaks are mega powerful?

Get a Free Report which Exposes Search Engine Myths

Hey dude

Google is like the Holy Grail of marketing on the web. Rank well in Google and your profits are pretty much set.

But there is SO MUCH bogus information out there, often coming from the “gurus” themselves.

Jonathan Leger has released a new f.ree report that completely obliterates the following myths about Google (and then goes on to show you what DOES work):

Myth #1: Google Knows All and Sees All
Myth #2: Google Will Not Rank Duplicate Content
Myth #3: You Must Get Links From Related Subject Sites to Rank
Myth #4: Your Site Must Focus On One Subject To Rank
Myth #5: High PageRank Means Good Rankings
Myth #6: To Maintain Good Rankings, You Must Add New Content

MYTH #7: THE BIGGEST MYTH: Ranking In Google Is Hard!

And did I mention he’ll pay you for referring other people to this powerful f.ree report? And that he’ll pay you for anyone THEY refer as well (even while it’s in pre-launch)? Find out more about that when you download your sample chapter from:

Search Engine Myth Exposed

I just did and I’m reading the report right now!

Need help in making money with Adsense?

Nothing makes money as easily as Adsense. These “mini-ads” courtesy of Google have made thousands and thousands of dollars for folks that do next to nothing. Personally, most of my friends only make a couple of hundred per month with Adsense, but once set up, it is totally, and I mean TOTALLY hands free, and it pays like clockwork before the end of each month!

Want to know the BEST way to make money with Adsense. How about
the RIGHT way?

Adsense Domination Secrets

[ Rant starts here ]

Please note that from time to time, I come across some Adsense “Black Hat” techniques. These techniques are meant to exploit loopholes in Google’s system to make the most money out of them. If someone tries to sell you something like that, stay away! It’s just not worth it. You’ll be caught eventually and your account will be banned.

[Rant ends]
Internet entrepreuner Liz Tomey has gone all-out as she became obsessed with Adsense over the course of the past few months. This is a brand-new, fresh look at how to make the most out of this simple to use advertising gem. But most importantly, use it correctly.
Best of all, this thorough e-book costs less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks, or at least less than a small “latte”. It is only $2.95. You read that correctly. TWO DOLLARS and 95 cents.

Grab this limited time offering of one of the best Adsense courses out there right now!

PS: I grabbed one. It’s a good read. Simple and easy to understand. Will be implementing them one by one now.

Start an Online Business Store with Zero Down!

When I first started, the only free hostings are from Geocities and Tripod. Of course, once your site reaches a particular bandwidth, they prevent access. So you have very limited bandwidth to play with, thus not very useful at all.

Today, we have this useful service by Google – Here are a few pros and cons.

  • You still get to use part of your chosen name in the domain. I created one before I installed WordPress here and it’s at The domain belongs to Blogger. This is still a much better name than say
  • No, you can’t use WordPress but Blogger has done a very good job. You have many templates to choose from and with a little of customizing, your site will look very professional.
  • Also, should you desire to have your own domain name and hosting one day, importing ALL your material to WordPress only takes minutes. Complete with date, time and comments.
  • Yes, we’ll be creating blogs instead of plain vanilla HTML but it’s much easier to maintain when you have lots of pages.
  • Best part is, as Blogger is owned by Google, your site is automatically indexed by Google! Thus much easier and faster to attract traffic. This has to be the best advantage of using Blogger.
  • Lastly, like WordPress, many bloggers have written hacks on how to further customize your Blogger blog. They require more messing with techie stuffs unlike the WordPress plugins but at least some functions are available should you desire them.

Thus you could start your site right away, without any knowledge of HTML. From registration to getting it up and running only takes 5 minutes. Recommended browser here is definitely Firefox.

Start your online business store right away!

Remember, WordPress is Free!

Yes, folks, remember this: WordPress is Free.

Not only it is free, a search on Google gives you so much info on everything you need to know about WordPress. If you encountered any problem with WordPress, chances are someone else has already done so and have found a fix for it. Although I’m only one month old with regards to using WordPress, you can see that I have gone quite far with it!

Why do I have to remind you that it’s free? For 2 reasons.

1. There are so many “internet marketers” selling e-books on how to use WordPress to do internet marketing. I have nothing against them making money but EVERYTHING you need to know is just a Google search away. Yes, EVERYTHING. Look at my blog! I’m already doing everything (almost everything!) the internet marketers advocate and I learned everything on the Net. After all, we are talking about Open Source here. Even all those nifty WordPress Plugins are Free as well!

2. Second reason. Building a superb website is sooooooo easy. Much easier than using Frontpage, or whatever Web Editor you have with you. In fact, WordPress has so much automation built in, you just need to set it up ONCE and it’ll apply all the changes throughout your blog. Hey, Frontpage can’t do that okay? 🙂

To illustrate further how easy it is, when I find the time, I’ll write in a series of blogs on how to build a site from scratch with WordPress. Well, if I find sufficient interest, I’ll start. If you are interested in this, let me know!

Add translation capability to your site!

Just because your site is in English doesn’t mean that you should marginalize non-English speaking visitors.

When using Google Analytics, I realized quite a sizeable of visitors are relying on translation tools to visit my site. While I would definitely love to have a mirror version in the said foreign language, the effort to have them profressionally done is not to be under-estimated! Plus the fact that I have over 60 pages doesn’t make it any easier.

Wouldn’t it be great that a script is a available to do this for you? Of course, it still can’t beat a native speaker’s translation, but it’s a good start.

Now the kind folks at Altavista offers such a tool.”

You’ll be given a line of Javascript. Paste this line in your index.html file (your homepage file), and you should be able to see this icon on your homepage now.

See the eight flags? Just click on either one and your site will be translated to the said language. So we have Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Italian, Spanish and Portugese.

Easy eh? See this tool in action!

Why I can’t get rich on the Internet

If you haven’t started the Adsense program and pulling in visitors, making some money, you’ll notice that not all ads make the same amount. There are days where one click yieldss 20 cents, while there are days where one click yields 60 cents or even more.

This is where I’m convinced I can’t make money. I’m also convinced that the folks who really make money on Adsense are those “selling the idea of making a lot of money on the Internet”. Basically Adsense gurus tetaching you how to make money with Adsense!

Why do I say so?

Well, the Yahoo Search Marketing Resource Center tells me so.

Go to this page, and click on “View Bids Tool”. You’ll see a little window. Type in the keywords and see how much money advertisers bid for the keywords.

For diyparadise, as my niche is audio stuffs, typing in
– “diy audio” sees highest bid of 26 cents.
– “amplifier” sees highests bid of about $1.
– “dac” sees highest bid of about 75 cents. (analog-digital-converter goes up to $2!)
– “speaker”, about 78 cents.

The above is my niche and since advertisers bid so little for these words, after the middlemen takes his cut (Google or Yahoo), I’m left with peanuts. 🙁

On the other hand, “internet marketing” yields up to $4.75!

Get my point?

So if you want to develop websites just to rake in money, it’s vital to check out these tool.

Would you want to advertise on my site?

Since I have about 800 visitors to my site per day (I’ll share site statistics in another blog some day), I figured there would be some advertiser interested in advertising on my site.

Hence you can now see this AdBrite logo on my homepage. I just put this up couple of days ago and am, so-called, “testing the water”.

If there are more than one advertiser bidding for that spot, of course I’ll go for the highest bidder, but I still retain the right to reject. In case, my competitor in the same field. (Though I really do not mind at all.)

AdBrite understands this so we’ll see how things develop in the coming weeks.

When visitors come to your site, looking for something, I’m sure they’ll want to read related posts as well.

If you were to link them manually as you would have to do so with static sites, this will take a while and not to mention, what a pain!

But here’s another cool WordPress plugin — Related posts.

After activating, you need to edit your sidebar.php file, to display them on the sidebar, like I have done here. Looks good eh?

Along with Tags, you now have more links for your visitors!
