Unfortunately, the craftman who is responsible building the nice wooden enclosure is an old man. He has since passed away.   Hence can no longer offer the wooden enclosure.

Have look for alternative, however, it's either too expensive or the quality is not up to the mark.

Can you please try disconnecting the preamp input to Charlize2 and see if the problem persist. I suspect there is a common 'ground' connection somewhere in the signal path

Can you please try using another 12V power supply. Does the power supply connected to other stuff other than Charlize2?

What power supply are you using? Can you please check the voltage on the power supply? Anything below 10.5V might be a concern.

Please kindly measure the voltage using a miltimeter. I suspect the power supply connection is between those marked '+V' and '-V'....The ground symbol is really chassis/safety ground.
