mojo 2 with transformer between the dac and iv stage help please

hi guys

i have friend successfully put a transformer between ad1865 dac chip and its iv stage. he reported a great improvement.

i am trying to do the same to mojo 2 with the same transformer
the transformer is tamura 75:75. with the internal resistance of 90ohm per winding

i have tried to put this between the tda1545 and its iv with no luck

here is what i do:
i cut the traces going of out pin 6,7 and 8 of tda1545

i am going to connect pin 6 and 7 to the transformer primary. then the
secondary to the ztx and BG nx super e capacitor

then i am going to connect pin 8 and 7 to the other transformer
primary then the secondary to the other channel of ztx and same point
of BG nx as above

when first time power up. voltage at the iv resistor is only 4v. i trim the trimpot to get back up to 8v. connect to the amp but have no sound.

wonder if anything that i have done wrong. any suggestions or ideas are really appreciated.
