can Eva be re-balanced

It seems that my original Eva has drifted over time - the left/right balance is no longer correct and I'm not sure if it makes sense, but the balance changes with volume?
Eva 2 is very happily standing in, but Eva 1 is currently alone and neglected - can she be helped?

Hi Weaver,
Unfortunately, it seems like the LDR on one side has damaged. It needs to be shipped back to be replaced and recalibrated.
