Despite our best care, sometimes a product may land at your place Death On Arrival or Defective On Arrival.

Have no fret. Inform us of the problem and we could sort this out. As we test all our products before shipping, occurrences like this is very rare.

Sometimes you may have to send the product back to us.

We recommend using Fedex and the same packaging we used to send the package to you. Usually for small items, we use Fedex Pak. Use this option too as this has the most economical freight rate. You could charge to our account to enjoy our discount rates too.

If you insist on using courier of your choice, then at the very very least, make sure your package is registered so that it could be tracked along the way.

There have been instances where packages sent to use were lost along the way. You don't want this to happen, neither do we.
