You need a soldering iron, solder, wires, a 12VDC power supply (capable of at least 0.5 amp), a chassis of your desire and connections as deemed fit.
You also need a multimeter to measure the voltage and also to measure the frequency while you adjust the trim pot. Oh yeah, a flat blade screwdriver allows easier adjustment on the trim pot.
If your multimeter can't measure frequency, get access to an oscilloscope. If all else fails... well, sorry, I can't help you!

Effective March 2014, I have discontinued shipping registered mail via post office. The rates have risen so much and it's still so slow and unreliable. Have had few packages lost and I have lost money refunding buyers on this.
So, it's back to Fedex shipping. Too expensive? Buy more!
