For a little over $400 (USD), including shipping to the USA, you get one of the most neutral and transparent preamp/attenuators available.

I have previously owned several high quality vacuum tube preamps and a very high quality Autoformer volume control (AVC), but only the little Eva 2 seems to add nothing to the sound.

In addition, you get three inputs and remote input selection, mute and volume control. I would nominate the Eva 2 for the biggest bargain currently available in all of audio!
