Charlize

Hello !

I bought an air-core Charlize six months ago. I'm a hobbyist with an engineering background. My ears are sadly not as good as my maths but both are very satisfied with this amp. It's a real 21st century bargain - performance is as good as my ears can hear and it is more stable than tubes and linear amps. I am now going to get a second unit to bi-amp my speakers for more headroom and dynamics and still maintain the enviable low levels of distortion.

The only things that are missing here are some 'serious' performance tests such as slew rates and damping factors (and whether the alleged virgins who wind the cores are really so innocent...)

Finally, one word of warning, you might end up replacing your system in an effort to match the amp's performance !
